So far, your WordPress website has been working for you so what can go wrong, right? In reality, even a perfectly running website can crash in just a blink of an eye that is why it is very important that you perform a regular database backup.

WordPress backup can be little tricky, because the database is not the only thing that should be backed up. There are also the theme, plugins and upload directories on your WordPress that store important information. Those need to be backed up as well.

So there are actually two plugins you need to use: WordPress Database Backup and WordPress Backup (by BTE).
